Have you ever wondered how to become the Tom Brady of golf?
It is not just in the training and practice that makes him great, but as well as his diet. Chances are, you don’t share the
same diet as Tom and Gisele, and if you did, that also doesn’t mean that you could be the greatest golfer of all time.
Tom just has the right balance of hard work, dedication, practice, and diet.
Most people start off the day with a cup of coffee… not Brady.
His chef, Allen Campbell, does not allow Tom to drink coffee, or anything else caffeinated. You’re probably thinking…
“That’s not so bad, what’s wrong with cutting coffee out of your diet?”
However, Campbell informs the media “No white sugar. No white flour. No MSG. I [Campbell] use Himalayan pink salt as the sodium. I never use iodized salt.”
Tom can’t eat “nightshades”. These are vegetables that don’t have anti-inflammatory side effects, so Campbell says they are pointless. This includes tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, or eggplants.
“Wait, so no steak-tip bombs?!”
Brady could be one of the healthiest athletes on the planet; however he may never get to enjoy golf course favorites.
