The Format
Showtimes vary by event.
A typical evening: doors open around 5:30 PM, food is served until 6:30, the full bar runs all night, and the show starts at 7. Times vary by show, check the event details for the night you’re coming. Chef Rob’s kitchen handles dinner and the full bar.
