To keep prime weekend and holiday tee times easy for members to get, the 7-Day and Gold categories are limited, so don’t wait.

Evergreen is a deposit-based membership with no annual dues or fees. Make one initial deposit and enjoy member rates and privileges at both Candia Woods and The Oaks. Join in 2026 and your privileges run through the 2027 season.
Absolutely. Book a tee time and play as a daily-fee guest first. We’d rather you fall in love with the course before you join.
There are no separate family or junior tiers, but three of the four Evergreen options offer a couple rate: 7-Day ($1,200 individual / $1,700 couple), Gold ($3,000 / $4,000) and 5-Day ($700 / $1,000). The Toptracer membership is $400.
To assure easy member access to prime weekend and holiday tee times, the Evergreen 7-Day and Gold categories are limited. If either one fits your game, don’t wait.
Member-only leagues run weekly through the season. Member events include tournaments, member-guest, and seasonal social gatherings. See the Members Area for the full calendar.
No. Evergreen deposits are for the member’s own use and aren’t transferable. Your deposit is fully credited to your member account and used toward golf, carts, pro shop and grille purchases at both clubs. Remaining balances carry forward to the next season, and if you choose not to renew, any remaining balance may be exchanged for a gift card.
