greens, tees, and fairways … all enhanced with spectacular long views.
A fair challenge, but playable for all levels of golfer ability.

Superintendent Steve Malloy and his crew work diligently to
maintain high quality playing conditions. Steve is a graduate
of the renowned Stockbridge turf school; he has been with
us at The Oaks from the beginning ... more than twenty-years
which includes working with designer Brad Booth through
the grow in phase to today.

THE EVENT

OUR GOLF TEAM

Our team has combined experience of more than 50 years. The staff is headed by GM Ben Alexander (Class A PGA member) and includes Director of Golf Operations Jon Ellis (Class A PGA member) along with Head Golf Professional Pat Thornell (Class A PGA member).

When your guests arrive they’ll be greeted and directed to the location of their riding cart … the range will be setup with golf balls … the putting green will be mowed and rolled … periodic announcements will keep your golfers posted on start time. When the round is completed, our pros will greet your guests in the Grandview … take their scorecards and get everything posted on the electronic scoreboard.

THE CART FLEET

E-Z-GO ELECTRIC RXV

Our 75-unit cart fleet are all E-Z-GO electric RXV model with roof
tops and windshields.

To enhance your guest’s experience each cart is equipped with the
Tagmarshall GPS system including a unique interactive screen.
Your players will easily be able to check yardages to every pin
placement, hazards, and bunkers You’ll even have the option to create
special messaging for sponsors that will appear as each cart approaches
a tee ground and/or green.

All golfers ride in style at The Oaks.

BEFORE & AFTER GOLF

ELEGANT CONVENIENCE

Golf outing fees include the use of our 200-seat function room which
is complimented by an adjacent covered patio featuring a unique
inside/outside bar. The space is not only ideal for post golf activities
but serves perfectly for registration and breakfast options.

From the set-up of registration area to prize tables to podium our front of
house manager Jordan Williams will help coordinate every aspect of
your pre and post golf activities.

Even if it be their first visit to The Oaks your guests will feel
comfortable and at home.

THE FOOD

ALWAYS EXCEPTIONAL

Whether it be plated, buffet, or just appetizers Executive Chef Rob DeFrancesco and his staff will provide a food experience that your
guests will truly enjoy.

The spectacular view from the Grandview patio with its unique
inside-outside bar is the perfect place for après golf cocktails,
and the inside space is only a step away when it’s time to eat.

and camaraderie among your golfers.

THE PAVILION

The Pavilion … Powered by Toptracer Range brings an all-new option for golf outings, especially fund raisers. And for golf groups a great spot to settle some bets from the days play … it’s even open after dark!

Golf groups can extend a day or days of golf well into the evening, and even after nightfall.

A nine-bay Toptracer facility coupled with putting course is the perfect combination for fund raisers to increase player count and expand sponsorship opportunities.
