Welcome to our Outing Tools page.  This site is designed for you…the coordinator.  The tabs on the left will help you go through the tools you will need for the playerlist, sponsor information, rules sheets and any other information you need to share with Candia Woods.  These tools will help us effectively execute your event the way that you desire.

Please note that you will need to send items to Dillon Malcolmson, PGA Head Pro, in a timely manner to ensure that items are completed and correct.  Please email Dillon at dillon@candiawoodsnh.com or call 603.483.2307 ext. 101 for any questions.

Any players you do not have a name for please list which company they’re with or please list as “TBD”.

You do not need to assign starting hole assignments, Candia Woods will choose where to place each group (note: we will accommodate some requests with enough notice).  This tournament pairings list needs to be turned into the Professional golf staff at Candia Woods  no later than 5 days prior to your event (note: although we are flexible with changes, it is very helpful to have all names at least 5 days in advance)
