The Pavilion at The Oaks provides unique style of golf that is fun for all ages and skill levels. There is no penalty for bad shots, slow play, or bending of the rules! Toptracer technology provides an experience that is new to the Seacoast Area of New Hampshire!

Downloading the Top Tracer Range App allows you to take your golf game to the next level. Through the app, you can track all of your scores from the virtual golf rounds you play, save all of your data from the MyPractice mode, compete in our monthly events, and much more!

Through the Top Tracer Range App, The Pavilion hosts monthly events, where golfers can register and compete for prizes! Events include virtual golf, closest to the pin challenges, and a crowd favorite, the longest drive competition.
