Current Available Positions:

Job Title: am/pm Lead Line Cook

Department: Food / Beverage

Reports To: Kitchen Manager/Executive Chef


Opening/Closing check lists, Daily prep lists, 4 to 5 creative daily specials

Clean and organize as you go Serve quality food consistently

Supervise prep cooks and dishwashers when chef/manager is not on duty


High school diploma required.

Culinary vocational diploma and serve safe certificate strongly recommended.

Culinary arts degree is helpful but not required.   Interns are welcome.

Experience: Minimum 2 years any food service, preferably short order.

Core competencies:

Reliable, honest, clean, organized, team oriented,

Must be able to multitask and likes to cook.

Business description:

An 18 hole golf course in southern New Hampshire with a 70 seat club house and a 150 seat banquet hall catering to golfers, weddings and private events.

Compensation: $11 to $14 per hour pending interview.

Banquet Server
We host many golf outings, weddings and events and are looking to add to our strong team.  This position requires hours which would include weekdays, weekend, and have flexible availability.  You must present yourself in a professional manner, clean, neat, motivated and have a high standard for customer service.  This is a fast paced position that requires attention to detail.  There will be light manual labor including: carrying trays, stacking chairs, moving tables, etc.  The position is paid hourly and previous work experience a plus.
